Prior to initiating SNAPP Solutions in 2001, Glenn Baker developed a proven track record for on- time delivery and product introduction success. Working with technology start-ups as well as larger businesses, he has successfully managed products through the design, implementation, and manufacturing phases. In addition to many successful years with Nortel Networks International Product, Project and Supply Management groups, he held Operational Management positions with AudeSi Technologies, Wind River Systems and Aastra Telecom.
Over the past 20 years, Glenn has successfully managed product development and / or manufacturing introduction for hundreds of products. Through this time, he has developed an extensive network of people and resources including standardized processes for new product introduction and supply chain management which can be tailored to specific business requirements
